Ludhiana, January 4, 2016: Under the third CICU Corporate T20 Cricket Tournament 2015-16, which took a start on December 13 last year with great excitement 7th and 8th league matches were played on Sunday for Group A Teams, between Big Ben Exports and Tata Astrum. It was won by Big Ben Exports team by 6 wickets. Winner team scored 101 runs in 16.4 overs losing 4 wickets & loser team scored 100 runs in 20 overs losing 8 wickets.
Whereas in Group B Teams, match was played between Highway Industries Limited and Asian Cranes & Elevators. It was won by Highway Industries Limited team by 75 runs. Winner team scored 136 runs in 20 overs losing 6 wickets & loser team scored 61 runs in 13.3 overs losing 10 wickets.
The Tournament is spread over period of 8 weeks at Cricket Ground SCD Govt College for Boys Ludhiana. Eight Participating Corporate Teams have been divided into two Groups. Each team is playing three league matches and final will be played on January 31.
