8th National Kaizen Competition to promote Improvements culture in MSME & Large Enterprises, on Feb 25

Ludhiana, February 21, 2017: Shri Avtar Singh, President & Shri Upkar Singh Ahuja, General Secretary, CICU in a joint statement released today said that CICU is organizing “8th National Kaizen Competition on 25th Feb’2017 at 2.30pm for Micro and Small Enterprises in the premises of its CICU Complex in Focal Point, Ludhiana.

They said that 25 Teams have submitted their nomination for participation in this completion. Moreover, more than 300 Visitors/viewers have done their registration for attending this Mega Event.

The purpose of organizing this competition is to motivate the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises for adopting such tools for their sustainable development and make them competitive in the World in this Economics Scenario. Special Recognition awards will be given to Micro& Small sector participating for first time.

The Jury comprising Senior Experts will select the special category award in the field of development i.e. Environment, Automation, Poka-Yoke, Energy Saving, New Product Design/Development, Solid Waste Management and Cost Saving etc.

They have further appealed to the Micro and Small Enterprises to come forward and participate in this competition. It will not only a Recognition but the enterprises will also learn new techniques which have been implemented by the participating teams in the progress of their industrial units.
