AAP Launches Awareness Drive Against Rising Pollution In Water Bodies

Ludhiana, April 19, 2015: Aam Aadmi Party Ludhiana unit carried out Awareness Drive amongst people regarding rising pollution levels in water bodies and ground water table. This was the second programme organised by the party which is a part of the ‘Save our Environment’ drive of the Clean and Green Ludhiana campaign under the leadership of Col. CM Lakhanpal. AAP Volunteers interested with the general public and carried placards raising awareness on this issue at Dugri Bridge next to the Sidhwan Canal.

AAP District Convenor Ahbaab Singh Grewal said that our aim is to connect with as many people as possible so that people can be made aware that small actions on their part can actually make a big difference. AAP will continue to carry out such drives as a part of our Clean and Green Ludhiana campaign.
