Fashion Show Mrs Groviano 2015 was organised by Clothing Brand Amartex in Panchkula.
Panchkula, November 7, 2015: Amartex which is a well-known clothing brand organised a glamour filled evening in which Married Women were given a platform to showcase their talent. The Beauty Contest for Married women – Mrs.Groviano saw as many as 20 married ladies walking the ramp. Simpy Singh a well known Punjabi Film, TV & Bollywood Actress was the Guest of Honour at the event.
A Traditional round was held in which the participants wore sarees & lehngas and walked the ramp, this was followed by Western Round in which the women dressed up in Western outfits and sashayed down the ramp. After this 10 ladies were shortlisted. These women then attended the Talent round in which they showed their different skills like singing, dancing, acting etc. After this five contestants were left in the fray , who then participated in a question & answer round. Finally Mrs Groviano was declared and First & Second Runner Ups too were announced.
Kavita Bandlish, Choreographed the event. According to her, “The event was unique as we also awarded older participants and declared Mrs Groviano Diamond among the veteran women. Prizes were also given for Beautiful smile, Eyes,Hair, Best model, Mrs Perfect, best catwalk et al.”
Said Arun Grover, CMD, Amartex,“The idea behind this initiative is to raise the level of confidence among married women and to provide them a ready-made platform to show their talent.”
The women who participated in the contest will also get membership of Club Amartex. Those participants who attained top positions got attractive prizes from Amartex. The winner of the contest will be given an opportunity to do a photo shoot with Amartex.
