Chandigarh, September 19, 2014: Expressing solidarity to the worst hit Jammu Kashmir people with the devastating floods in the valley, Anil Joshi Local Bodies Minister Punjab has made a passionate appeal to the officers/officials of the department of Local Bodies to donate one day’s salary towards the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund generated for the Valley.
Earlier the Minister has also placed the Donation boxes in Amritsar where local residents on Joshi’s appeal have been contributing generously towards the relief fund. Joshi also expressed his gratitude to the Punjabis for having stood by the people of Jammu Kashmir in this hour of grave misery.
