Chandigarh, February 16, 2014: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal would honor eminent scientists from across the country and state, who have made outstanding contribution in different fields of agriculture tomorrow at 4 pm during the second day of Progressive Punjab Agriculture Summit (PPAS) at Baba Banda Singh Bahadur War Memorial Chapparchiri, Mohali.
Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the Chief Minister’s Office said that the noted recipients of this award would include Agri-experts Dr. Gurdev Singh Khush, Chairman Punjab State Farmers Commission Dr GS Kalkat, Director General Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR) New Delhi Dr. S. Ayyappan and others.
The Chief Minister would also attend the Technical session on Punjab Agriculture: Challenges and Way Forward on Monday morning at 10 am which would be held under the Chairmanship of Director General, Indian Council Agricultural Research, New Delhi, Dr. S.
