Bajwa condoles death of freedom fighter Capt Ranjit Singh

Chandigarh, September 22, 2013: Partap Singh Bajwa President Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) today expressed condolence over the demise of Veteran freedom fighter and member of the Indian National Army (INA) Captain Ranjit Singh (87) who was also member of Congress party. He died yesterday evening in a private hospital in Ludhiana. He was also president of the All India Freedom Fighter's Organisation (AIFFO).

Bajwa said that Capt Ranjit Singh was fighting for the cause of ex-servicemen. He conveyed his heartfelt feelings to the family of Capt Ranjit Singh and prayed to almighty to give his soul peace.
