Amritsar/Jalandhar, August 11-: easyday and easyday Market stores, owned and operated by Bharti Retail, have launched a ‘freedom from inflation’ campaign from July 28 to August 15.

Bharti Retail conducted a survey of customers regarding the most pressing concern in India today, which included inflation, poverty, corruption and pollution. The survey revealed that 46% of Indians were dissatisfied with high prices, 29% were against corruption and 13% were disappointed with the prevailing poverty situation. Pollution was quoted by 12% of the respondents as a matter of concern.
