CAPT AMARINDER CONDOLES DEATH OF UNION MINISTER DAVE

Chandigarh, May 18, 2017: Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh today expressed shock and grief over the sad demise of Union Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate change (Independent charge) Mr.Anil Madhav Dave, who passed away in New Delhi this morning.

In his condolence message, the Chief Minister described Mr. Dave as a suave politician, an able parliamentarian and, above all, a social activist with the rare qualities of the head and the heart, who would always be remembered for taking initiatives towards implementation of stricter environmental norms and conservation of the rivers.

Sharing his condolences with the members of the bereaved family, Captain Amarinder Singh prayed to the Almighty to give them courage to bear this irreparable loss and grant eternal peace to the departed soul.
