Captain Amarinder Singh always stand to his words

Ludhiana, June 20, 2017: Punjab Congress General Secretary Pawan Dewan appreciated the first session of Budget, presented by Punjab's Finance Minister Manpreet Singh. He said this budget would prove beneficial for all categories of people. The last BJP - SAD alliance had truly deteriorated the financial condition of Punjab busy still our Finance Minister is aiming at Punjab's development.
Congress is also aiming to complete all its manifesto's promises. In its direction : Freeing Farmers from their debts, free education for girls from nusrsery to PH.D , providing electricity to industrialists at Rs. 5 per unit, providing smartphones to the youth, increasing the limit of "Aashirwad Scheme " from 15k to 21k, providing free wifi in 48 Government Colleges, opening up new 5 Government Colleges , Installation of Skill University and many more, these steps are being taken by the government. Also the first Budget of Punjab Govt. has proved that Captain Amarinder Singh always stays true to his words.
