Chandigarh, August 10, 2012: The Inquiry Committee of the Press Council of India is scheduled to meet under the Chairmanship of Justice Markandey Katju at Punjab Bhawan here on August 13.
The motive is to consider 21 cases of violation of press of freedom and journalist ethics pertaining to the region mainly of Punjab, Uttrakhand and remaining Northern States.
The proceedings would begin at 11 am and are open to the press and public to attend.
