New Delhi, November 13, 2014: The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered a case Under Section 302, 201, 120-B of IPC relating to death of Shashank Yadav, resident of Kanpur (UP) on the request of Uttar Pradesh Government and further directions from the Government of India.
It was alleged in the complaint that Shashank Yadav was murdered and his body was hanged in the toilet of the stadium, Sector 21-A, under Police Station Sector 24, Noida, District, Gautam Buddha Nagar.
CBI took up the investigation of the case which was earlier registered at Police Station Sector 24, Noida District Gautam Budha Nagar (Uttar Pradesh).
The investigation is continuing.
