CM CONDOLES DEATH OF BBC JOURNALIST ARVIND CHHABRA'S FATHER

Chandigarh, July 20, 2017: Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Thursday mourned the death of Moti Lal Chhabra (69), the father of senior BBC journalist Arvind Chhabra.

Moti Lal passed away here at PGIMER after prolonged illness. He is survived by two sons and a daughter.

In his condolence message, Captain Amarinder extended his sympathies to Arvind Chhabra and prayed to the Almighty to give strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.

Meanwhile, Raveen Thukral, Media Advisor to CM, also expressed his heartfelt condolences to Arvind Chhabra and other family members on their tragic loss.
