Inaugural ceremony of EDP.
Ludhiana, December 7, 2012: Department of Small Industries Institute, Industrial Area, Ludhiana in association with Shivesh Computer, Giaspura, is organising six-week-long Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) on Computer Accountancy with Tally from December 5 to January 15 next.
This training programme is meant for weaker section of the society. It was inaugurated by Ashok Kumar, Assistant Director of MSME.
In his address, Ashok Kumar said the training programme was a special initiative of Ministry of MSME to provide entrepreneurship inputs to unemployed youth with special focus on Schedule Caste category. He added the Proggramme would cover managerial aspects as well technical aspects for starting a venture in the field of computer accountancy.
S. K. Shastri, Proprietor, Shivesh Computers, urged the participants to take full advantage of various schemes being provided by GoI for small enterprises.
About 23 students are attending the workshop.
