CONDOLENCE: Cong MP Bajwa meets Uday Singh, condoles Satguru’s death

Ludhiana, December 17, 2012: Congress MP from Gurdaspur Partap Singh Bajwa today visited Uday Singh, the newly appointed Administrator of Namdhari Sect at Bhaini Sahib, near here, to condole the death of the Sect’s Head Satguru Jagjit Singh on December 13 in a local private hospital after prolonged illness.

He was accompanied by the Congressmen and former Advocate General Punjab Harpreet Sandhu.

It may be mentioned here that Uday Singh is the nephew of Satguru Jagjit Singh. He was appointed Administrator of the Namdhari Sect by the Satguru’s wife Mata Chand Kaur on the day of the Satguru’s cremation.

When contacted this evening, Bajwa told City Air News that he condoled the Satguru’s death with Uday Singh. He said Satguru Jagjit Singh was really a Saintly personality who had a great depth for spiritualism.

Further, Bajwa told that Satguru Jagjit Singh not only worked tremendously in the spiritual sphere but also worked in other segments such as agriculture, sports and health.
