Congress is bound to fulfill all the promises done to the people of Punjab: Dewan

Punjab Congress General Secretary honoured by the Southall Singh Sabha Gurudwara.
Ludhiana, May 26, 2017: Congress party is working towards fulfilling all the promises done to the people of Punjab in their manifesto during the elections and working towards this govt. has tried and so got successful in a smooth selling of wheat by the farmers. Soon an announcement would be made wherein all the debt of the farmers would be exempted. Punjab Congress General Secretary Pawan Dewan said these words during his UK tour to the journalists outside the Southall Singh Gurudwara. He further said Congress Party is bound to fulfill all the promises done to people of Punjab. Recently Govt. has took steps in providing wifi facilities to all educational institutions. Leasing to the development of state Govt has also passed special orders to evacuate the menance of drugs.
Before this, Dewan was honoured by the managing committee of Gurudwara Sahib wherein Secretary Prabhjot Singh Bittu Mohi , Kulwant Singh Bhinder praised all the efforts done by Dewan to keep NRI's in contact with their nation.
Also they said they have hoge expectations from Dewan that being in contact with the Punjab govt. He will also try to solve all NRI problems at fast track basis. Dewan also supported the demand of international flight being started from Chandigarh to London of all the NRI's and also said he will do all necessary steps in this direction.
Avtar Singh Cheemna, Ranjeet Singh Wraich, Satwinder Singh Sekhon were also present there.
