Bengaluru, October 29, 2015: Epsilon, the global leader in creating connections between people and brands, today announced it has been named one of the most sought-after employers by LinkedIn. Epsilon ranked #61 on LinkedIn’s 2015 Top 100 Most InDemand Employers in North America list alongside companies like Google, Facebook and Apple. Epsilon has recently started its India operations in Bengaluru.
“We’re honored to be named an InDemand employer by LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional network on the Internet, because it highlights two areas that play an essential role in driving our company culture: collaboration and communication,” shared Jane Huston, EVP and Chief People Officer of Epsilon/Conversant. “Epsilon has grown to become the leading, all-encompassing global marketing company with more than 7,000 talented associates and we continue to expand to serve the needs of our clients, many of the biggest brands in the world.  Our highly engaged, motivated and service-driven associates have been the cornerstone of our growth and this recognition showcases our focus on building a winning culture that attracts talent, drives engagement and fosters loyalty among our associates.”
Announced during LinkedIn’s Talent Connect conference in Anaheim, CA on October 13, the InDemand list represents the most sought-after employers in North America based on billions of interactions from LinkedIn’s 380M+ members, measuring the actual behavior of professionals as they explore their career journey. The InDemand methodology includes reach, engagement and job activity, measured by interactions with employers’ company pages, employee profiles and job postings on LinkedIn.
Epsilon’s LinkedIn page has more than 88,000 followers and a network of more than 5,000 employees. Currently, Epsilon has more than 350 jobs listed on LinkedIn in Information Technology, Sales, Management, Engineering and more.
