Famous Bollywood singer K K perform live to at Sutlej Club Ludhiana on May 10

Ludhiana, May 9, 2014: Renowned Bollywood playback singer K K (Krishnakumar Kunnath) will be performing live at Ludhiana’s up-market Sutlej Club on May 10. The performance will start at 7.30 PM and will be open to members of the club.  This was announced by Dr. Rohit Datta, General Secretary & Ruchi Bawa, Culture Secretary, Sutlej Club in the presence of the famous singer K K. K K’s song ‘Tadap Tadap’, from the movie ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’, catapulted him into the big league of Bollywood playback Industry.
According to K K, who has won the Screen Award for Best Playback Singer Male in 2009 for the song ‘Khuda Jaane’ from the film ‘Bachana Ae Haseeno’, “It is a pleasure for me to be associated with Sutlej Club in Ludhiana. I am looking forward to sing for Ludhianavis who I feel are very appreciative of the performing arts. Ludhiana is a bustling city whose denizens have a taste for art & culture of all kinds. It is always a delight performing in front of such an aware audience.”
Ludhianvis love to celebrate and enjoy life to the hilt. Therefore, entertainment nights, and functions are a regular feature here. According to Dr. Rohit Datta, “Rajat Aggarwal(IAS), Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana will be the Chief Guest at the function. Sutlej Club keeps organizing unique star nights for the benefit of its members. The live performance by K K is one in the series of efforts by Sutlej Club to have something different and classy for its members.”
The event is being organised by Starbizz India Entertainment who have a long experience in the field, having done over 1500 events in the last decade and a half. Says Yadvinder Singh, MD, Starbizz India Entertainment, “Apart from K K, the inimitable comedian Rana Ranbir, will also be there to entertain the guests.  Nawab Sahib will be the Anchor. We will pack in 3 hours of quality entertainment for the guests.”
It was also informed that Seagrams, Hero Cycles, Volkswagen, Hyatt Regency and United India  Insurance are official sponsors of the event.
The members of the Sutlej Club are mostly the elite of the city representing different sections of society, be they businessmen, doctors or professionals from different trades.
