GET ALERT: Now beware of fake calls from +381 STD code

Attend only known numbers ISD calls

Ferozepur, October 20, 2012:  Now the citizens of Ferozepur have started receiving missed calls from Serbia with +381 STD code. 

Earlier the people were receiving calls from +92 STD code and the district administration have issued advised the people and officers to remain vigilant on account receiving of international calls, emails or short message service (SMSs) from Pak Intelligence Operatives (PIOs).

Rajiv Arora, a Phd student, informed this correspondent that he has received a number of calls from +381 code and on making search on the internet, he found that the code is Serbia country.  He further stated, on making a back to the missed call with +381 code, only a cassette starts speaking in lady’s voice and to his surprise, the heavy amount from the pre-paid connection is deduced even holding for  just few seconds. 

Rajiv further said that many people are becoming a victim of fraudsters net even the education class.  

While talking to senior BSNL officer, he advised the people to remain vigilant now also while getting a call from +381 code rather they should attend to the ISD calls only known numbers calls only.
