Chandigarh, February 25, 2015: The Punjab Government has fixed the terms & conditions of the services of vice-chairperson of the Punjab State Women Commission.
Disclosing this here today by an official spokesperson of the Punjab Government said that there would be no fixed tenure of the appointment of vice-chairperson. He/She can be removed at any time or can also resign on his/her own. He also said that vice-chairperson would be paid an honorarium of Rs. 20,000 per month. He/she would not be provided a staff car but travel charges Rs. 6 per km maximum of 2500 km per month would be paid.
He said that use of residence telephone and mobile limit would be Rs. 1800/- per month and the mobile set will be purchased by him/her.
