Shimla, June 24, 2017: Governor Acharya Devvrat today released the book 'The World of Winners" written by Dr.Pramod Sharma. It is 10th publication of Dr.Pramod, who is working as a Professor in Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. In this book, he has inspired the youth to move in cultured path to strengthen life philosophy.
While congratulated the writer, the Governor said that this book would be helpful for the youth particularly in determining their future.
Dr. Pramod thanked the Governor for releasing the book and said that 35 chapters have been included in it and each chapter has been divided into 7 sections, which were informative to the readers.
