Raj Kumar, student of College of Physical education of GKU, Talwandi Sabo, who clinched gold medal in Boxing Championship in the category of 60 kg held at Amritsar with the University authorities.
Talwandi Sabo, January 24, 2014: Raj Kumar, student of College of Physical education of GKU, Talwandi Sabo, clinched gold medal in Boxing Championship in the category of 60-kg held at Amritsar conducted by Shaheed Bhagat Singh Sports Club.
Dr. Ravinder Summal,HOD Physical Education said that GKU has nine lane International level 400 mtr track,which will go a long way in improving the sports skills of the students.
Dr. N.S. Malhi, Vice Chancellor while congratulating the winner student said that very soon GKU will have a sports wing in collaboration with NIS Patiala, proceeding for the same are going on.
