Ludhiana, November 14, 2012: At a state level function organised on the auspicious occasion of parkash divas of divine architect of the whole universe Lord Vishwakarma at Ramgarhia Girls College, Ludhiana, the Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal honoured 12 eminent Industrialists from Ludhiana.
