Infocomm-2012- a national level expo from Aug 24-26

Ludhiana, August 23, 2012: Keeping in view low IT input in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Sector in the present day scenario, the Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) is organising Infocomm-2012, a national level expo to promote and facilitate IT usage in the sector from August 24 to 26 at CICU Complex, E-648-A, Phase-V, Focal Point, Ludhiana.

Technology up-gradation and modernisation of MSMEs would enable them to adopt e-business techniques to manage cost, enhance efficiency, attain competitive edge and develop exposure to global markets.

Sharanjit Singh Dhillon, Minister for PWD, Punjab will inaugurate the event on August 24. Seminar on Cyber Crime and Security will be held on August 25. And, prize distribution function will be presided over by Parveen Bansal, Senior Deputy Mayor, Municipal Corporation Ludhiana.

World renowned IT majors and allied companies like Sony, Dell, Lenovo, Apple India, Hewlett Packard, Accord EPAX Systems, Epson Printers, Gulzar Group of Institutes, State Bank of India, BSNL, Logic Software Solutions, Smarnet Energy Savers are participating directly are through their respective channel partners.

As per the available information, the event will be a packed programme for three days to be held in 42 stalls designed in fully air-conditioned hall of CICU.
