Hyderabad, October 13, 2017: Hyderabad International Trade Expositions Ltd (HITEX) and Traditions Events are jointly hosting, “Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil Kitchen India Expo-2017”.

This three day expo is all about kitchen. Anything and everything about kitchen. It was inaugurated today by Mehreen Perizada, Film Actress, Mahaanubadvudu latest film fame. The expo will go on till 15th, for three days. The expo is held at Hitex. It is open from 11am to 9pm

Mr. P. Chandra Shekhara Reddy – VP, Freedom Oils; Mr. KV Nagendra Prasad - COO – HITEX; Mr. Sanjay Jain - CEO - Agromech Industries and Mr. Arun Kumar - Director - Traditions Event Management & Marketing Pvt Ltd graced the inauguration.

The expo is supported by Agromech Homestore, Hotels & Restaurants Association of Telangana and Telangana State Hotels Association.

Expo is showcasing 90 products and has 140 stalls everything about Kitchen.

A giant Knife, Fork and Spoons are put up as an attraction at the exhibition.

Curator of the expo Celebrity Chef Puneet Mehta, Master Chef fame while addressing the media said 80 percent of cooking is still traditional inspite of kitchen automisation and increasing use of appliance and gizmos.

Appliances come handy for fast cooking because of past faced life. They save time too. Food habits of people have changed over a period of time. Earlier we used to eat to fill stomach, but now it is all about presentation he informed. People are becoming more health conscious. There is fast decline of of eating fast food expect ally among those above forty years, Puneet informed.

Environment friendly products and organic foods must be made available common people, their cost must come down and government must work towards this, added Puneet

Kitchen is a very important part of the home. Kitchen is not just women oriented. Now many men are getting into cooking and are good cooks also said Mehreen Perizada
