Ludhiana, March 31, 2017: S.Gurmeet Singh Kular today inaugurated 21st Open Football Tournament at ITI Ludhiana.
As many as 24 teams are participating in the tournament. Finals of the 3-day- tournament will be held on 2ndApril.
The winner team will be awarded with Rs.75,000 and the runner up team with Rs.51,000.
The tournament is being organised in memory of S.Darshan Singh Kular, renowned industrialist & brother of S.Ajit Singh Kular doyen of bicycle industry & father of S.Gurmeet Singh Kular (President FICO) and S.Jagdev Singh Kular (Chairman ITI Phillaur).
S.Gurmeet Singh Kular said the main idea behind organising the tournament is to promote sports and fitness among youth.
