LMA organises first in-house executive development programme

Ludhiana, December 26, 2013: Ludhiana Management Association (LMA) organised its 1st  `In-house Executive Development Programme’ at Duke Fashions (India) Limited.
The programme was conducted by Anil Kumar, Executive Director & CEO of Shreyans Industries Limited and past president of LMA on achieving business excellence.
Kuntal Jain, Director Duke Fashions (India) Limited and executive member, LMA emphasises the need to develop business excellence for achieving competitiveness at the global level.
Anil Kumar emphasises that organisation excellence can be achieved only if the employee have passion for the work and they enjoy the work. He further explained the process of achieving excellence in the organisation by the employee recognition, employee motivation and employee retention.
50 senior executives of the company attended this programme which was highly informative, educative, inspirational and motivating. Earlier, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, General Secretary, LMA informed that for the benefit of member organisations, LMA plans to organise such EDPs regularly each month for the member companies.
