Ludhiana News/Mittal inaugurates 3-day IETSS-EMAT 2013 by CICU

Ludhiana, November 29, 2013: IETSS-EMAT 2013 by Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU), Ludhiana was today inaugurated by Madan Mohan Mittal, Minister of Industries, Punjab at GLADA Ground, Opposite: Vardhman Mills, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana

The event will conclude on December 2.

Mittal visited more that 150 stalls and appreciated their contribution for the growth & development of Punjab Industry. Trade in Punjab region is all set to get tremendous boost due to the excellent opportunities highlighted in this unique event which will usher a golden era to support, promote, facilitate & accelerate further growth & boosting export of Industrial products. He appreciated and congratulated CICU for organising this exclusive event in Ludhiana which is key industrial and cargo hub centre in Northern Hinterland, the country’s manufacturing hub generating majority office export and is well known as Manchester of India for variety of industry. The process for providing Common Exhibition Centre for Ludhiana Industry is in progress. “I will personally request Anil Joshi, Minister for Local Bodies, Punjab to solve the issue of industries in Mixed Land Use area and fixation of single Collector Rate for industrial property in Focal Point, Ludhiana”, he said.

Charanjit Singh Vishivkarma, President, UCPMA, Jagbir Singh Sokhi, President Sewing Machine Development Club & others graced the inauguration ceremony.
