Mahima Chaudhary and Kishan Pal Gujjar came Forward to Boost the Cleanliness Drive 2017 Faridabad Smart City Plan

Faridabad Municipal Corporation organized an event "Clean Faridabad Campaign" (Cleanliness Drive 2017) in the city to create awareness regarding cleanliness in the city. The event organized at the Municipal Corporation auditorium was attended by famous Bollywood actress Mahima Chaudhary and Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Mr. Kishan Pal Gujjar.

Noted poet Arun Gemini, Dinesh Raghuvanshi, Madan Mohan Samar and Deepak Saini were also present at the event. The intoxicated poetry session by Sumit Mishr and Shambhu Shikhar garnered a huge round of applause and has left a mark in the hearts of all present there.

Addressing all the guests and audience present there, Mrs. Sonal Goel, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Faridabad says, “the Faridabad Municipal Corporation is all set to make the city a smartcity and the Smart Clean Survey 2017 is the beginning of that initiative. I welcome all the dignitaries to the program and would thank them for coming here and encouraging us. I also request the people of the city, to do their best possible effort and help us in making Faridabad with us a beautiful, clean and happy city. The success of Smartcity Faridabad is only possible with your support and cooperation”.

In the beginning of the program Bollywood actress, Mahima Chaudhary conveyed the message of cleanliness. She said “I applaud the efforts of Faridabad Municipal Corporation and request the people to become a part of it and make the mission Smartcity Faridabad a real success. It’s our duty to keep our surroundings clean. In addition to this try to make the people understand who are spreading the filth that this dirt can cause many chronic diseases. If every citizen understands their duty and does their bit of contribution then the day is not far when our Faridabad will become an example for the entire nation in this realm.
