Medicos participated in Lohri celebration

Ludhiana, January 14, 2017: Lohri function was celebrated yesterday with full zeal and enthusiasm in the premises of College Campus of DMCH, where students of various MBBS batches participated with some of their faculty members. A bonfire was arranged and both students and teachers who had come with their families enjoyed the festive spirit of Lohri. The students presented a cultural bonanza which included Punjabi ‘Boliyaan’, Punjabi folk songs, Lohri songs and poems in the campus. Medical Superintendent Dr Ashwani Chaudhary and Assistant Dean Academics Dr Sandeep Kaushal greeted the students and suggested them to value their cultural heritage. They also congratulated the students for their arranging this colorful get-together.
