The Tibetan government in-exile organises a prayer ceremony dedicated to Nelson Mandela and Kunchok Tseten who died after a self immolation protest in Tibet recently. Tibetan PM-in-Exile, ministers and MPs in-exile including officials of Central Tibetan Administration, Buddhist monks, nuns and many other Tibetans gather at the main Buddhist temple, Tsuglagkhang in Dharamsala on Sunday.
