Kapurthala/Jalandhar, July 27, 2013: Sukhvinder Pal Singh a resident of Shahkot (41) an inmate of Kapurthala Modern Jail, Kapurthala, undergoing a three year sentence breathed his last on Friday.
Sukhvinder Pal Singh was booked by Jalandhar police during the year 2010, on the charge of carrying fake currency, he was sentenced by the court on July 16.
The Kartarpur police again booked in a case on the charge of peddling party drug 'Ice'. According to the police sources, Sukhvinder Pal Singh was feeling sick in the morning and suddenly became unconscious. The Kapurthala Jail staff rushed Sukhvinder Paul Singh to the Civil Hospital, Kapurthala, where the attending doctors declared 'brought dead'.
