Jalandhar, July 12, 2013: A large number of potholes are seen developed outside the general bus stand here.
These potholes are proving a great inconvenience to commuters and pedestrians. The situation becomes more serious during the rainy season when these potholes get inundated with the rain water and get invisible to commuters posing threat for the accidents and mishaps.
The municipal corporation authorities of Jalandhar are adopting apathetic attitude over the period. There is a growing demand that the authorities should do the needful at the earliest.
