Jalandhar, December 29, 2012 : A three day annual 'Pravasi Punjabi Divas' will be organised in Chandigarh and Jalandhar from January 4 next.
The three day event has been reduced to two day.
The event which will start on January 4 at 2.30 pm in JW Marriott, Sector -35, Chandigarh will be address by Minister NRI Affairs, Bikram Singh Majithia and presentation by Deputy CM Sukhbir Badal at 3.10 pm.
The major highlight of this year's event will be showcasing of film by Canadian media. It will be followed by interactive session and Sufi Musical evening at 7.30 pm.
On January 5, the conference will be held at Jalandhar at Club Cabbana, G.T. Road, Jalandhar. Parkash Singh Badal, Punjab Chief Minister, Deputy CM Sukhbir Badal and other few ministers will also join this concluding function.
