A day prior to inauguration of NOZIT-2014, players getting ready for a football league match played between six different teams at Ludhiana on Wednesday.
Ludhiana, March 26, 2014: A day prior to inauguration of NOZIT-2014, a football league match was played between six different teams including CMC, Ludhiana, BJS Dental College, Ludhiana DMC Ludhiana, SGRD Amritsar, GMC Chandigarh and Adesh Institute of Medical Science and Research (AIMSR), Bhatinda in Guru Nanak Stadium.
The match was formally inaugurated by Dean Academics Dr Rajoo Singh Chhina, who is also Chairperson of DMC Sports Committee.
Before the starting of match, the participating players introduced in person to the chief guest.
In his address to the players, Dr Chhina encouraged the players to show their optimum performance and exhorted them to play with true team spirit.
RESULTS:
CMC, Ludhiana v/s BJS Dental College, Ludhiana (3-0)
DMC,Ludhiana v/s SGRD Amritsar (2-1)
AIMSR, Bhatinda v/s GMC Chandigarh (3-1)
Sports co-ordinator during the match were Harsimran Preet Singh Chahal & Sarbmeet Singh Mann and Football co-ordinators were Karan Kaura, Sahil Kalia and Anmol Singh Bains.
