Punjab Assembly Elections- 2017: Observers reach to keep watch on Election Process in Ludhiana

5 General and 3 Police observers to keep an eye on 14 assembly constituencies- District Election Officer; Details of Observers provided in case of complaints regarding elections
Ludhiana, January 19, 2017: 5 General and 3 Police Observers deputed by the Election commission of India to keep vigil on the whole election process on all the 14 constituencies have arrived in Ludhiana.
District Election Officer cum Deputy Commissioner Sh.Ravi Bhagat intimated that these observers would remain in the district Ludhiana till the election process is over. Any candidate or voter can easily access them in case of any doubt or complaint. Observers themselves will also take round of the election process in their respective constituencies. Sh. Bhagat told that the contact numbers have been displayed so that direct communication could easily be made possible by any candidate or voter.
