Chandigarh, August 25, 2013: A spokesman of the Punjab government today vehemently denied a news item in a section of the press claiming that PUDA had mortgaged its building and described the same as a factually wrong and mischievous news item.
In a statement released here today, the official spokesman said the Punjab government had not mortgaged the PUDA building to raise the said loan as was being claimed in a section of the press.
