PUNJAB GOVT APPOINTS NODAL OFFICER TO REDRESS CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

Ludhiana, November 12, 2017: Food, Civil Supply and Consumer Affairs Department Punjab has appointed a state level nodal officer to take care of consumer complaints being faced by the consumer such as poor quality of foodgrains etc under PDS being received through Ministry of Consumer Affairs INGRAM portal.

While referring the letter of Principal Secretary Government of Punjab Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Deputy Commissioner Mr.Pardeep Kumar Agrawal said that Mrs.Rupinderpal Kaur Deputy Director has been appointed as nodal officer to deal and redress the consumer complaints.
