Report is on expected lines of giving clean chit to Rana Gurjit Singh: Kalia

Jalandhar, August 11, 2017: Commenting upon the 90-pages Report of the Inquiry Commission by Justice J.S.Narang on the sand mining auction, Manoranjan Kalia Former Minister Punjab said that “the report is more a cover up than a probe and is on the expected lines of giving clean chit to Rana Gurjit Singh Cabinet Minister”.
In a statement here on Friday, he added the money trail of highest bidder, Rana Gurjit Singh's cook, Amit Bahadur who has got Rs. 26 Crore contract of mining, has intentionally been left unprobed to cover up the conflict of interest. The crux of the Inquiry Commission is that, “all is well” with e-auction of the sand mining, he added.
