SAB TV: Shubhangi Atre Poorey joins the cast of Chidiyaghar!

This Holi is even more special for Narayan family in Chidiyaghar as Shubhangi Atre joins the cast of Chidiyaghar. Renowned television actress Shubhangi Atre Poorey will be seen in the show essaying the role of Narayan family’s beloved bahu Koel.

Shubhangi Atre Poorey has played lead roles in some of the most popular daily soaps and has loyal fan following across Hindi speaking markets. She will be seen as Koel who is a self-acclaimed singer and has a habit of talking in a sing-a-song style. Shubhangi is all set to entertain audiences in her new role and take Koel’s character a step ahead!

In the show the entire Narayan family is celebrating Holi except for Ghotak (Paresh Ganatra) who is missing his wife Koel (Shubhangi Atre). However, Babuji is aware of the surprise planned by Koel (Shubhangi Atre)where she is going to surprise Ghotak (Paresh Ganatra) & celebrate the festival of colors with the entire family. Koel aka Shubhangi disguises as Banjaran and enters the household.

Shubhangi says,“I am very happy to play the character of Koel who is so popular amongst the viewers. This is my first attempt at comedy and I look forward to do full justice to Koel’s role and give it my best shot. I have already started shooting for the show and the experience has been great so far.”

Whether the family will be able to recognise her and will she be able to cheer Ghotak’s spirit’s is yet to be seen in the upcoming episodes of Chidiyaghar.
