Inbox showing the problem.

It was around 10-15 years ago when I made my email account on rediff.com. Since then, I hardly face any problem in maintaining my account. However, on August 24, 2017 evening I found some problem and observed that some email messages were not getting visible in my inbox. I decided to wait and watch with the hope that the problem would be rectified automatically. But, on August 25 morning I observed that the problem was still there, resulting to which I was unable to read many important messages in my inbox. Then, I sent a feedback “Some email messages are showing total blank since last evening, not even showing icons such as back, reply, reply all etc (these were visible
earlier)” to rediff.com.
I was not sure to get a prompt reply from rediff.com. But, I was totally wring because within no time I got a reply from rediff.com. The reply was as under:

Surprisingly, after a few minutes, I got a call from Mumbai on my cell phone. It was a call from rediff.com for redressal of my complaint. The person who called me asked be whether or not I am using internet right now. When I replied “yes” then he asked me to open a particular website and download some software. I followed his instructions and then he managed to take control of my laptop and got to find out root cause of the problem. After a few minutes, he asked me to closed down the particular website. Then, he told me that they would be rectifying the problem soon.
Immediately after that Rediff Customer Support sent another email message to me, which reads as under:
“Dear user,
Greetings from rediff.com

And, in the evening I got another email message from Rediff Customer Support, informing me as under:

Following this, I went to my email account’s inbox and found that it was working fine. Really, it was wonderful experience. I was very much impressed with the promptness and the style of functioning of rediff.com in redressing complaints of its customers.
In reply, I sent a reply giving thanks to rediff.com for “resolving the issue”.
I was skeptical whether or not to share with Readers of cityairnews.com. Finally, I decided to share it with Readers in the larger public interest.
At the end, my great thanks to rediff.com once again.
