Trials for U13 & U15 I-League-Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools will select talented players in Chandigarh

Chandigarh, April 14, 2017: India’s largest grassroots football training program run by Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools (BBFS) will participate in the U13 & U15 I-League (Youth League) organised by the All India Football Federation.
Players in the region are welcome to showcase their skills to AFC ‘B’ & ‘C’ Licensed coaches of BBFS.
Selected players will have an opportunity to represent BBFS at the national stage and compete against some of the biggest clubs & academies.
Details of the trials are as follows:
Eligibility – U13 (born between 1st January 2004 to 31st December 2005)
U15 (born between 1st January 2002 to 31st December 2003)
Date – 16th April 2017 (Sunday)
Time – U13 – 4PM onwards
U15 – 7AM onwards
Venue: Post Graduate Government College, Sector 46, Chandigarh
BBFS trains students in the age groups of 5-17 yrs at 4 different centers in the Chandigarh tri-city region.
Every season the trainees have been successfully selected to represent the Chandigarh team in national competitions apart from the U15 & U18 I-League teams of BBFS.
Nine BBFS students represented the Chandigarh team in the 38th Sub-Junior National Football Championships held in December 2016 at Varanasi.
The U18 I-League team of BBFS are current champions of the Delhi zone and will be pitted against youth teams of Mohun Bagan, FC Pune City, Royal Wahingdoh, AIFF Academy, Bengaluru FC and Tata Football Academy.
