Hunger strike by volunteers of Aam Aadami Party (AAP), Jalandhar Unit has entered into 8th day today. They are observing fast to get abolish property tax and other taxes introduced recently by the state government in Punjab. Those observing fast included the AAP leaders Joginder Singh Multani and Kamaldeep Singh. Among others, Tarandeep Singh, Sudanshu, Kamal Sharma, Udya Partap, Rajeev Anand and Ravinder Rikki are also joining the protest. Protesters are staging protest despite severe cold wave.
