‘Do Ankhen Barah Haath’ for GPC screening

Guwahati: Legendary film maker V. Shantaram’s one of the classic movies ‘Do Aankhen Barah Haath’ will be screened at Guwahati Press Club on 14 September 2018 (starting at 5 pm). Produced, directed and starred by Shantaram, the 1957 movie has music by Vasant Desai and cinematography by G Balkrishna. Edited by Chintamani Borkar, the feature film has story-screenplay-dialogue by GD Madgulkar. One of the devotional and melodious songs of the movie ‘Aye Maalik Tere Bande Hum…’ by Lata Mangeshkar remains evergreen for every Indian.
