According to an official information, there are basically 10 persons from 3 families who have died in today's Giaspura gas tragedy. 11th person – a 25-years-old male is still unidentified.

10 persons from 3 families who died in Giaspura gas tragedy

Ludhiana, April 30, 2023: According to an official information, there are basically 10 persons from 3 families who have died in today's Giaspura gas tragedy. 11th person – a 25-years-old male is still unidentified.

The information further said that Kavilash s/o Chalak Dev Yadav R/o Sua Road Gyaspura was running Aarti clinic . He alongwith his wife Varsha (35) and three children Kalpana(16), Abhay(13)and Aryan (10) have died. They were originally from Bihar but settled in Punjab since last 30 years.

Sourav Goyal (35) s/o late Ashok Goyal r/o Lal chakki road, Gyaspura was running Goyal karyana store. He alongwith wife Preety (31) and his mother Kamlesh Goyal (60) have died. His brother Gaurav (50) is sick and under treatment at civil hospital. They originally are from Aligarh, UP but settled in Punjab since last 20-22 years.

Navneet Kumar (39) s/o Kumud Kumar r/ o H No.458/4/247 , Wno.721 near Masjid Samrat Colony Giaspura was working as accountant in Aarti Steel, Vishkarma Chowk .He alongwith his wife Neetu Devi (37) has died. Also his brother Nitin Kumar (40) is under treatment in Civil Hospital. Nitin is working in Tata Company, Bikaner. Their father and mother are currently in Patna, Bihar and both brothers have been living in Ludhiana from last 20 years.

Meanwhile, it has been learnt officially that Health Minister, Punjab Dr Balbir Singh is to visit Civil Hospital Ludhiana at around 3 pm today.
