Ludhiana, August 12, 2023: In a remarkable display of commitment and dedication, Sanjeev Arora, the AAP MP (Rajya Sabha) representing Ludhiana, demonstrated his unwavering dedication during the recently concluded Monsoon Session of the Rajya Sabha despite disruptions.
The Monsoon Session spanned 17 days, and Arora's attendance remained flawless, surpassing even his own record from the previous year's Monsoon Session, during which he participated in the proceedings for 15 out of 16 days.
Throughout this session, Arora effectively raised a total of 24 pertinent questions that spanned across various Ministries including Health and Family Welfare, External Affairs, Textiles, Home Affairs, Education, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, NHAI, Petroleum & Natural Gas, Railways, and few more.
Despite being allocated time for addressing matters for three zero-hour sessions, Arora unfortunately couldn't present his viewpoints due to unexpected adjournments of the House. However, these have come to notice of relevant ministries. Hopefully issues will be addressed.
In response to his exceptional performance, Arora shared, "The questions posed during this Monsoon Session were driven by public interest and held direct significance for State of Punjab and especially Ludhiana. Some of the issues affected the entire nation." Further follow-up will also be taken up in response to the questions answered.
He expressed optimism that his relentless efforts would translate into positive outcomes, benefiting both Punjab and its people.
Arora emphasized, "The subjects deliberated within the Rajya Sabha will substantially contribute to the enhancement of Punjab’s economy, a renewed impetus to industrialization, and the preservation of historical treasures."
Also, Arora hoped that his efforts would also yield in getting released Centre’s funds for various sectors for the State of Punjab.
