In the preliminary written examination of the Civil Services of the UPSC, 1142 candidates out of 1750 participated in three centers of Dharamsala.

Dharamsala, June 5, 2022: In the preliminary written examination of the Civil Services of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), 1142 candidates out of 1750 participated in three centers of Dharamsala.

This examination was conducted in two sessions, in the first session 575 out of 825 candidates appeared for the examination and in the second session 567 out of 825 candidates appeared for the examination.

Giving this information, Deputy Commissioner Dr Nipun Jindal said, “For the first time in Dharamsala, three examination centers were set up by the Union Public Service Commission." 

These centres were created in Government Senior Secondary School Boys, Government Senior Secondary School Girls and Government College Dharamsala, said DC. 

He said that the examination has been conducted as per the guidelines of the Union Public Service Commission. 

He said that the first session would be held from 9.30 am to 11.30 am and the second session would be held from 2.30 to 4.30 am.
