11th Edition of annual inter school techno edu event WIZTECH 2019, organized at DCM Presidency School

Ludhiana, December 5, 2019: The Eleventh Edition of Annual Inter School Techno Edu Event WIZTECH 2019, was organized at DCM Presidency School wherein teams from schools from all over Punjab & Haryana participated. Various events including Declamation, IT Quiz, Techno world, , Paint 3D, E-Chess, Sway presentation, Multimedia presentation etc. were organized. This event also drew participation from the best IT & Robotics companies, Microsoft, Universities who showcased their live models and exhibited their innovative concepts to the students. Suvir Chawla ,Gur Rehat Kaur,and Shivansh Gupta of BCM Arya Model Sr. Sec. School won first prize in Paint 3D ,Declamation and Photoshop respectively. Adidev Oswal of Satpaul Mittal School bagged second position in Declamation. Navpreet Singh of USPC Jain School bagged third prize in TYPO . Gungeet Kaur and Arham Jain of DCM Presidency school bagged first prize in Multimedia presentation ,Ridhi Gujral won third prize in Declamation ,Prankur Punia and Ziya Oberoi bagged consolation prize in Sway and Harsh Virmani won third prize in Scrabble. The participants had a great learning experience at the Kahoot Gaming zone and shared their ideas at the Flipgrid corner. Ms. Sunaina Kapoor, Wiztech Convener said that technology is not just a tool. It give learners a voice that they would have not had before. School Principal Ms.Rajni Kalra, motivated the students to embrace the latest technology and move towards development. She congratulated all the achievers and the participants and motivated everyone to use technology to bring about a positive change in their lives.
