150 key industrialists attend 5th panel discussion on world class manufacturing

Jalandhar: 150 key industrialists from Jalandhar attended 5th panel discussion on world class manufacturing at Country Inn Hotel, Jalandhar.
 
The Program was started by addressing all the panelists and honored with bouquets by President.
 
Upkar Singh Ahuja President, CICU as keynote Speaker shared their experience about how to become World Class Manufacturing. He said that in simple words World Class Manufacturing meaning is costumers should be feel happy to buying from you, Good ambiance of the Company, Employees should happy to work and more important is to maintain Costumer’s faith.
 
He also shared that the Owner should be given to atleast 10% or 20% for innovations and always keep learning.
 
Pankaj Sharma, MD, Osha Tool Pvt. Ltd & General Secretary of CICU as Moderator said that now days the industry are facing numerous issues like recessions, compliances, pending GST refunds and others. Due to this Industry kept in trouble to work. He said that the Industry should adopt new technologies to perform better and upgradation is the key to compete in Global Market.
 
Ashwani Kumar, Director, Victor Tools Pvt. Ltd., as Panelist talked about simplification the information amongst the Management. The sharing right information in management is mantra to running the industry successfully.
 
Jaswinder Singh Bhogal, Vice Presdient, Farmparts Company as Panelist shared their thoughts about operational excellence & order fulfillment process and advance mythology & system of World Class Manufacturing. He said that the team works is the main pinpoint for become World Class Manufacturer and Kaizens are key to grow your company and revenues.
 
 
Mandeep Singh, Vice President, Speedways Rubber Co. as panelist emphasized on Energy Saving. He said that the there is always a solution for any kind of problems, but we have to concentrate positively to resolve the issue. By investing some funds for their units could save more energy, which are wasting in front of you. It will save the energy and defiantly increase the revenue of the company.
 
Angad Singh, Managing Director, BIG BEN Exports as Panelist talked about innovation. He gave various examples how innovation can be done by following simple steps in their units. Changing their thoughts and activities, will create new development in their units.
 
Dr. Anshu Dhar Jayal, Assitant Professor, IIT-Ropar as Panelist also talked about compliances, which are going to be very restrict in future and due to this the industry will face many problems. Industry should follow and adopt Global Standards and Digitalization.
