Chandigarh, December 19, 2024: The 15th Panjab University Chrysanthemum Exhibition to start from December 20.
PU Vice Chancellor Prof. Renu Vig will inaugurate the popular and annual 15th PU Chrysanthemum Exhibition at Prof. R.C. Paul Rose Garden in the University Campus. The exhibition is organized by Horticulture Division of Panjab University. PU Dean of University Instruction Prof. Rumina Sethi will preside over the Exhibition. PU Registrar Prof. Y.P. Verma will be the Guest of Honour.
The exhibition will have about ten new varieties of Chrysanthemum and about 4000 potted plants. Ten new varieties will be displayed this year namely June Peace, Kokka Bunmi, Journey Dark, Snow Ball, Liliput, Lalpari, Kalvin Orange, Cassagranda, Yellow Bangla, Yellow Charm. The special varieties from Pune and Nauni will also be at display.
